I created a linear pattern on a cylindrical surface

But when I tried to make a circular pattern of this about central axis

I am receiving this error when I press tick mark.

"could not attach patterned faces to a solid to form a closed body"

I am not able to create a circular pattern with equal spacing due to that error.

Please help me.
