Hi,

I'm having a customer which is not able to copy file to the vault like pdf, dwg.

I've already given permission to the user to add pdf, dwg file.

I'm getting an error msg 'Could not add file , Error accessing a file on the archive server.'

I'm able to chek-in check out all SolidWorks file but not able to even copy files to the vault.

See if any one can help?
