Hello, I am setting up epdm 2014 on a windows server 2016. Everything seems to work fine on the server machine but I cannot sign in to a vault from client computers.

LOG:

Error running query in SpDbOdbc

State=08001

Msg=[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

Server: MYSERVER\SWPDM

Database: DB_MYCADv2

Here is a registry information of a client computer.

After reading some forum articles saying this is a DNS issue, I typed PING MYSERVER on the command prompt window and did receive a signal back. So I believe  MYSERVER is properly redirected to a server machine's address?

Is this the correct way to test the DNS? Is there any other issues that could possibly cause this problem?
