Good day EPDM Community!,

I'm having a hard time to fix this error about SOLIDWORKS EPDM, do you have any advice?

This is the scenario,

When a User try to log in his account in EPDM (Using his own workstation),

-EPDM prompted “Could not log in to the database “*database name*” on server “*server name*”.

                              Cause: Could not access the item in the database.

But when he tries to log in his account in another workstation with EPDM client, he don’t experience any errors.

Module: ConisioAdmin.exe

Function: hGetErrCode

Code: E_EDM_DATABASE_ACCESS

Code Description: Could not access the item in the database.

Error running query in SpDbOdbc

State=08001

Msg=[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
