Is there some sort of self-imposed limit on the cosmetic thread sizes?  We have several threads larger than the apparent limit of 2-4.5 Ansi Inch threads that show up in the cosmetic thread drop down.

Is there a way around this?  I located a thread with a reference to creating a custom hole wizard toolbox folder, but I only saw internal threads referenced there and these are all external threads.

Any help is appreciated.
