Iam working to the software support and one of our user have a probleme when he try converting a modele. Indeed, when the conversion is launched, a first windows appear and show that "the Translation is completed" and few second after a second windows show that the processus COS2ANS.exe has stopped working.

We can see in the folder a new file is generated and called "Translator.ANS".

The test was done on 2 different computers.

It is normal that the processus has stopped working? The probleme it is known?
