Corel Draw 12: Runtime error when opening cdr file

The situation is the following:

Work with a cdr document (80 MB) containing 2 large bmp images + lots of vector objects. Regularly make backup... At some point last cdr files not open. At some point last cdr files not open. At first, begins to download the file, and somewhere in the last third of the file Corel will generate an error (window title is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"):

Runtime Error!
Program ...\CORELDRW.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Then  Corel closes...
This is observed in the 12th and 13th (X3) Corel...

When you try to import a cdr file to a new blank document Corel Draw generates an error (the name of the window - CorelDRAW):

An invalid argument was encountered.

So the question is: what is this incorrect arguments which finds Corel? The arguments in cdr file or the arguments of the execution of some commands?
