There is a way to create a core from the attached part using the "core" operation?

in the attached part:

Use Sketch1 to create the core. (Cannot do it), If the inside diameters are greater than the Sketch Diameter, then the core operation fails.

Now try using Skecth2.  It cannot be done.

Is there another way to create that core, using automated tools as "Core"?
