When opening SolidWorks 2015 on Windows 7 the error "Error reading string file "COPYTREEEXT" The file couldn't be opened (missing?) Row=-1, String=-1"

This does not happened with any other application and I am at a loss.  All searches thus far has returned zero results.   Has anyone else had or heard of this issue and how to resolve?
