Hi,

We are experiencing an issue in PDM with copying design from a template (one assembly, dozen of parts, multiple references to standard parts).

If one user is doing it, it takes 2-3 minutes. If another user on another workstation is doing the copying in the same time the time is doubled for both.

I checked the server and workstations during the process - CPU/memory/network/HDD - everything is occupied in few percent - nothing is overloaded, plenty of capacity.

Do you have any idea where to look, what to check? What's your experience with that.
