I want to copy and paste a circle to a specific relative location. But when I use Edit > Paste the cursor is not centered and so I must click to paste it anywhere and then select it, Move, select the center and then type in the relative coordinates. This is very tedious. There must be a better way. Is there some kind of Paste@ command?
