hi,

I am looking to develop a tubular chassis for production the main aim of which is to have the tubular sections laser notched and machine bent. i have constructed the chassis with the weldment structural member function and am struggling to find a way of firstly notching the ends of the tube correctly and how to i seperate the tubes and convert them for the laser cutters and bending operation?

Ive been using solidworks for a few years now and am currently using the 2013 student edition.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
