Converting a sheet metal dxf (flat pattern from shop) into SW part

I'm a fairly new user to Solidworks, but have gotten the hang of most of the basic functions. I've designed sheet metal parts from scratch, but I haven't reverse-engineered a sheet metal part from a dxf before. I've looked at examples and tutorials for doing this, but they all seem to be converting a 2D drawing (with 3 views) into a 3D part. I'm not doing exactly that... I want to convert an existing .dxf file generated by our supplier into a Solidworks part. They were kind enough to iterate on one of our housing designs and made an easier-to-fabricate version. Now I want to take that drawing and make a part for our assembly.

The .dxf seems to have bend lines (that's what I interpret the dashed lines as at least). This is the file that they used for their production, so its definitely accurate. I would imagine there's an easy way to import the dxf as a flat pattern and then select the lines as bends, but I can't seem to figure it out. I've imported the .dxf as a 2D model and 3D model and can't get it to work. I was about to start reverse-engineering it by building the part from scratch, dimensioning from the .dxf, but I figure that's the "dumb" way of doing this. Any help would be great. I've attached the .dxf file that I'm working on, as well as a picture of what the part should look like once properly folded. [For the pictures, I apologize for the bad quality. I had to make faces of our older version transparent, but I think the idea comes across.]

Thanks in advance!
