Convert task fails with "invalid username or password".  I have tried it as a user and as Admin.

I have tried the  first option and, as shown, the third option.  The machine selected is where I am logged in and executing the task.

I am trying to put the converted file into the vault, but I have also tried to put it on my c:\ drive.

I don't even get a file in the Error Log Location.
