Sorry if this is in the wrong area - new to site.

I have a customer supplied DXF file that I imported into Solidworks. The file has holes on it that aren't actual holes, but several line segments combined to make a hole. In the past I have manually fixed this (used the segments to create a cross at center and used the Circle command, then deleted the line segments).

This has worked however the file in question has several hundred holes, so this really isn't an option. Is there a more effective way to do this? Possibly a script that can be ran? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
