In the sheet format for a drawing, the company logo is a sketch picture.  I want to be able to turn the logo's visibility on and off.  What's the best way to accomplish this?

I've tried putting the sketch picture onto a new layer.  It remains visible, however, regardless of whether I toggle the layer's visibility on or off.
