HELLO ALL-

I am working with solidworks 2012 sp 2.0.  I am trying to manage a part drawing with a design table in an assembly.  I have attached a picture and the dimension in black is on a sketch inside the part file of the part that seems like it is floating.  Is there anyway to do this?
