Is there a way to control external references using configurations.  I would like the external references to be unsuppressed in one configuration and then suppressed in another.  I tried to accomplish this through sketch level suppression but the behavior is not what I'm after.  I'm using one configuration to solve all the layout parts and then in the other configuration I'm trying to show the structure in an alternate position.
