can someoone please help me with getting curvature continuous surface?

I have one part made from one sketch but when I turn on zebra stripes, I see the curvature is not continuous.

Where is the problem, is it because it is not tangent?

P.S. I have attached the file. It is quite strange the way this part was made, but I was not familiar with Solidworks at all at that time :-)
