I’ve been approached by a local company to provide PDM support. They already have PDM licenses and a server. I’ll be upgrading the server, building admin images, installing client software, training, a few workflows, etc.. They already approached their VAR, but don’t want to use them - I believe due to cost. They want me to provide a hourly quote. What’s a fair hourly rate for this type support? I’ve never bid this type of support and I don’t want to be either way to low or way to overpriced. I need some guidance since I really need this added income for my family.
