Our copy of solidworks is consistently crashing whenever sketch is created or an existing sketch is edited. It has effectively made the software unusuable in regards to creating new parts or editing existing ones.
I've been trying to navigate the customer portal to raise a support request, however have been unable to work out how to do that. All I can do is find the list of existing support requests. I have used the RX window to record a crash in action, although I haven't attached it here as I'm unsure what licence information is packaged within it.
Has anyone seen this bug too? Would anyone have a direct email/contact within Solidworks to request help?
