I think drawings should have the ability to have configurations. Many times we work with customers around the world who prefer their drawings in first angle but another customer prefer their drawings in third angle projection. Same with Imperial vs. Metric dimensions. It would be really nice to create configurations to have different location for the same drawing view in different locations on the drawing and different dimensions. I could see configurations for First Angle Metric, Third Angle Metric, and Third Angle Imperial.
