I had contacted support, from which they recommended, that I review the entire installation documentation. Keep in mind, the site is working internally, with no issue. The only issue is accessing the client from a public ip. I am familiar with IIS, and have reviewed the settings nothing out of the ordinary locally. In the Driveworks application folders, I have found and have edited the driveworksconfiguser.xml file to force ssl, and to assign the proper themes and permissions. groups (tags) this includes projects and a single user. Before I carry on, it was at the recommendation by GoEng support to edit this file ~ "because it might help." These changes have no effect, as I still greeted with a "Cannot Access client" red box. My question, Am I editing the incorrect file? Secondly, is there more than one file that requires editing? Any help is appreciated. Lastly, I am not bashing on any support group, I just want to get this thing working. Thank you.
