Maybe I just missed it over the years but, this has been a pain for the last six years. always worked around before, but it is 2010..

Have two parallel linear bearing I need to mate. The support rails measure 18.6475480 c/c. The sliders measure 186476378 c/c..Giving a distance c/c misalignment of only  0.0000898... AHHH!

Of course SW will not allow both sides of this assembly to mate. If I could 'loosen' the tolerance in the system to allow for some misalignment, I would ,,,, well be happy.

Any one know of a fix, other that the cheats I've been doing for years??
