I have Solidworks Composer 2019 installed on my computer and I'm having issues with the BOM portion. When I do a balloon callout, for some of the callouts, I have a lot of trouble moving the line of the balloon to a different area on the drawing. Or, even worse, I can't move the balloon or the line. It's almost as if the balloon is invisible or behind something which is not the case. Anybody else have this issue and know how to fix it? Is it a bug?
