I have a bit of an issue which I can't seem to figure out. As you can see from the picture I have a tube with a saddle cut on the end of it. What I need to do is take the inside edge (highlighted) and project it outwards from center to the outside diameter so that I can create a clean cut that is normal to the tube surface all the way around and will take off the sharp tips. The problem I am having is trying to get a normal cut that follows the inside edge since it is a 3 dimensional curved line.
Does anyone know of a way to do this? I hope I am explaining it well enough if not I will try to clarify.
