Please can anyone generate dll file from attached swp file macro?

Dll should run on 32bit and 64bit.

We are using SolidWorks 2010

Anyone can use macro and here is description:

Add name of the creator and who last changed DRAWING into custom properties of drawing, depending on who is logged on computer.

This is done by reading user name from text file that can be placed on network.
