My goal is to color this gridline with the following color:

red: 119

green: 119

blue: 119

I've drawn out the sketch where it needs to be and have been trying to extrude the sketch in a very small amount so that when it is 3D printed it won't make a difference. Is there a way to color the regions of the sketch that color so it does not need to be extruded? When I try to extrude the gridlines, I get issues with the geometry of the sketch unfortunately.
