I have code integrated into the spreadsheet attached to the thread which does not run as it was recorded, but when I look into the code, it appears to carry out the correct commands. In particular I am talking about the part of this code which creates 'axis 2', I am using this axis to produce a linear pattern of holes but when I run the code the two points from which the axis was defined have move slightly and therefore the linear pattern of holes do not run parellel to the extruded surface. But when I look at the coordinates of the two points in the code, they appear correct - I think. Once the code has been ran, if I manually edit the points of 'axis 2' to where they should be the holes appear correctly and run parellel, the two points should be in the middle of the surface like one of the two points appears to be. Does anyone know what could be wrong here? If you do take a look at the spreadsheet, you just click 'step 2-create stringer' to create the part and I have tabbed in the particular piece of code I am referring to in VB. thanksSolidworksApi macros
