I would like to find a mini-CNC router and software that would let me manufacture my Solidworks wooden gear designs more efficiently. The working area of the CNC router should be about 12" x 12" in size and preferrably the software would let me transfer the geometry directly to the router for machining. The gears are on the order of 1/4" thick and the teeth are fairly large. Anyone out there have experience with this or suggestions?
