Client install unable to open SW - Start-up icon appears and disappears with no error message

We have a SNL and just installed on a client computer.  All other clients work fine.  This particular one works under the admin login, but when I try to open SW under the user's login the SW start-up icon appears and immediately goes away.  It doesn't even give an error message, it just never opens.  I imagine this has to be some kind of permissions problem, but I dont know what file permissions I need to change.  None of our other users have admin rights on their computers and I would prefer to not make this one an exception.
