Hi Guys. I hope you guys can help.

Ussually when I create a scetch that is not yet defined, I can click and drag the un-defined item (Circle, arc Etc.), and it

would resize the item, but since this morrning it mooves the item instead of resizing.

Does anybody know how to fix this, its driving me nuts
