CircuitWorks Component Library stalls and won t open

I'm using SolidWorks 2014 SP2, ePDM 2014 SP2 and have setup my CircuitWorks options per S-043439

I cannot open my CircuitWorks Component Library. When clicking on CircuitWorks, Component Library, I get the Windows wheel of death and after waiting for 20 minutes the only thing I can do is kill SolidWorks.

Any ideas?
