Please help!  Am I missing something or is there a bug?

My problem is as follows:

After spending time associating parts to the Circuitworks library, I seem to sometimes loose the association once I close the file or if I open the library and close it. If I close Solidworks and re-import the Ascii file (Pads) the association seems to be OK until I hit the Library Button. Once I close the library viewer I get an * (unassociated part indicator) on all of the parts that where previously added into the library. See the attached screen shots.
