Ok, I have seen some bizzare things with Solidworks, and this event is no different.

Like I have several times in the past I select my sketching plane and sketch a circle

and before laying down the circle I hover over the center of an existing hole center with the

mindset of the 2 features being concentric.

But this time when I pick a point for my diameter location it snaps the circle to the center of the part.

Anyone ever seen this before?
