Is there a way to allow the PDM to check in parts when some of the parts have warnings?

So for instance I click on a folder in the PDM and "Check in". I might get an error like "Duplicate name", or "Open in another program" and it won't check in. However if I uncheck those files it STILL won't let me check the rest in. The only way is to close the check in, go fix the errors, then check everything in.
