Our original gauge table was set up a few years back. I'm not sure what changed or if it was just set up incorrectly. Now we are having some issues and need to change K factors and bend radius on most of our different thickness materials. Has anyone else had to do this? If so what problems did you have and if not what problems do you for see. I'm thinking we will have a lot of mate errors. Is there a way to use the existing gauge table on old parts and start using a new gauge table on new parts? Any advice would be appreciated.
