Searching through some older posts, it seems that these features have been asked for for the last 11 or so years.  I'm new.  Is it still the case that the developers don't care to let users customize this?  Please don't tell me to buy a space mouse.  I have one.  Please don't tell me to install autohotkey.  Please don't tell me to reprogram my mouse to make the change global to my entire computer.
