I'm trying to run the example from 2015 SOLIDWORKS API Help - Change Dimension Example (VBA)

The example code won't run (I'm trying to run it from Excel)- it gives an error shown below.  I really need to implement the functionality of this example.  Will you please help?

I've tried all of the fixes I can think of, and haven't yet been able to make this work.  Would someone please help?
