In detail views of a certain part, any center marks that I make become invisible when I rebuild or save the drawing.  The centermarks are still there when I hover my mouse over them, and their dimensions are still attached to them, but they are not visible when the drawing is printed or saved.

This only started happening recently.  Is there any specific option that I may have turned off?  I've looked extensively.
