I have an issue with this.  My assumption is that this isn't fixed becasue I seen an open SPR for it.

I'm trying to create a hole table with slots added to it.  But it keeps adding the X/Y coordinates of the center point of one radius rather than the center mark of the slot.  Is there any way to prevent it from doing this?
