Just wondering if there is a way to capture the check in comment of my ECN as "engineers reponse" and actually write it to the excel file/report on data card.

I currently have got my excel ECN template being generated, and then I attach the affected files as reference.

Ideally I would like a place for the engineers to write a reponse that would appear on the actual excel file (if anyone ever prints of hard copy away from EPDM)

I have done a search, but it seems most people want to go the other way, and have a set of pre-defined text strings to enter into the comments section (thus needing add ins)

I'm guessing I may still have to go with add ins?
