I really need help to determine how to install Solidworks Student Edition 2015-2016 SP2.1 onto my Windows 10 computer. It will not install correctly and it is really frustrating me. I've purchased the software and now i can not use it, because i do not have access to the correct SP5 downloadable file.

Does anyone have a solution to get the software to install correctly. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps multiple times and the software still does not install. Of course there is no student support when you contact the company. I have submitted a student support request form three times and no kind of response.
