I purchased Solidworks design professional and installed the 3DExperience launcher. When i want to download Solidworks only the 2026 version is available, but i want to have the 2024 version because of the company that i work for. I recently bought Solidworks directly from the Solidworks website, and found the download for Solidworks 2024, but i cant find my serial number. I looked all over the 3Dexperience website. I even found his text 'Including serial numbers' on (my.3dexperience.3ds.com) but i cant find it. I am the buyer of the software and have full access to everything
I only find my OI000XXXXXX number but not the 24 number/letter serial code
Can you help me out? Thank you in advance
