Cannot upgrade or install 2014. Same problem with 2012, installation hangs indefinitely. Installation log shows Status 58, Message 55803, which hints at communication error with im.solidworks.com. Tried upgrading via Installation Manager, loading from disc, copying disc contents to local drive. Tried clean uninstall, scrubbing registry, removing group policies, disabling DEP on network License Server, installation offsite using Home Use serial number. The only thing that works is rebuilding PC with a fresh install of Windows7 x64 SP1. VAR has no clue, no response from Solidworks.
