I have 1 LimitDistance and 3 LimitAngle mates in my assembly with 2 sub-assemblies that don't need to move. I can pick the LimitDistance and only 1 of the 3 LimitAngle mates. What would cause the other 2 mates to be unavailable for use in the Mate Controller?

The LimitAngle mates are using Work Planes for the mating surfaces because most of the parts in the assembly are created with imported surfaces.
