I'm trying to delete an old workflow state in a test vault, but I get a message that says it cannot be deleted because a file is or has been at that workflow state at one point.  So, I ran a search for files that are, or have been at that state at one time, but nothing comes up. Here are my settings in the "Complete Search" card:

• Look in = "\"
• Display files in state = "My Old Workflow State Name"
• Include files that have been in the specified state at least once = On
• Search in all versions = On

I also either restored or destroyed all deleted files in the vault

What am I doing wrong?  Am I missing something, or is a database table just not updated properly.
