I'm having trouble dimensioning an alternate position view in SW 2016.  Typically I use this to dimension from one part in the primary view to the same part in the alternate position view to show the full range of motion.  In 2016 I get an error "Could not create reference dimension from the current set of selected items."  When I try to create a dimension on the alternate position view instead the dimension is created to that component in the primary view (not helpful for showing a range of motion).

Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
