I have a tab and slot feature where, through the course of editing, the software has deleted the "tab" feature but has kept the "slot" feature.  

When I attempt to delete the straggling slot feature, I get an error message saying that "none of the selected entities could be deleted".  When I attempt to edit the straggling slot feature, I get a message that the "Slot feature cannot be edited.Please edit paired tab feature instead."  But there is not paired tab feature.  The tab feature is gone!

How do I get rid of these failed features in my model tree?
