Hi guys

I am trying to check in an electrical project documents from SW Electrical but got an error as shown below.

When I checked the folder location, there were extra files created after the error message appeared as highlighted below.

Can I know why do those files appear and how do I resolve the problem?

I am using SW 2016 SP4 electrical professional and PDM 2016 SP4.
